The work that we do carries with it an obligation to act in the public interest. It requires standards of professional behaviour and conduct from all DFSI employees that promote and maintain public confidence and trust in our Agency's work.
The policies listed in this section have been created for the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation or have been updated from former agencies' policies to apply across DFSI.
The DFSI Business Ethics Statement gives guidance to commercial partners and suppliers on expected behaviours. All individuals and organisations that deal with DFSI must adopt these standards of ethical behaviour as DFSI is committed to promoting integrity, ethical conduct and accountability in all areas of public administration.
DFSI will issue whole-of-government circulars as Treasury and Finance Circulars to support effective whole of government enablers in functional areas for which it is responsible.
