Unique loft-style apartments for sale
Property NSW, on behalf of Family and Community Services, has listed for sale two loft-style apartments as part of the Millers Point sales program, the proceeds of which will be used for reinvestment in social housing across New South Wales.
So far, proceeds from the Millers Point sales program have delivered over $390 million to fund new social housing dwellings.

- 48A Gloucester Street
These unique two bedroom split level apartments are heritage-listed and located a short walk from Sydney CBD, Circular Quay and the arts and culture precinct of Walsh Bay.
Conservation Management Plans (CMPs) endorsed by the NSW Heritage Council are included in contracts for sale for all heritage listed properties. These contracts ensure new property owners are fully informed of their responsibilities when purchasing a heritage listed property.
Any maintenance or restoration on the properties must be in accordance with the CMP.
Proceeds from the sales will be reinvested by FACS into new social housing dwellings across the state.
The properties will be marketed by McGrath Estate Agents and will be auctioned on May 24, 2017.
