Fourteen loft-style apartments listed for sale

Property NSW, on behalf of Family and Community Services, today announced further sales and the listing of fourteen apartments as part of the Millers Point sales program.

Two split level apartments on Gloucester Street were sold via auction this week by McGrath Estate Agents:

  • 48 Gloucester Street – sold for $1.470 million
  • 48A Gloucester Street – sold for $1.675 million

Buyers will have another opportunity to purchase a slice of history on Gloucester Street when a further fourteen apartments are listed for sale today.

Located between 46 Gloucester Street and 56C Gloucester Street, the heritage-listed, loft-style apartments will be sold via tender, with Expressions of Interest closing at 9.00am, on June 20, 2017.

The properties will be marketed by McGrath Estate Agents.

Conservation Management Plans (CMPs) endorsed by the NSW Heritage Council are included in contracts for sale for all heritage listed properties.  These contracts ensure new property owners are fully informed of their responsibilities when purchasing a heritage listed property.

Any maintenance or restoration on the properties must be in accordance with the CMP.

So far, proceeds from the Millers Point sales program have delivered over $393 million to fund new social housing dwellings across NSW.
