Federation-style apartments for sale in Millers Point

Property NSW, on behalf of Family and Community Services, has today launched the sale of a row of two-storey federation-style apartment blocks as part of the Millers Point sales program.

Located at 15-35 Dalgety Road, the six apartment blocks feature verandas to the street and rear yards. Each block delivers a mix of two and three bedroom apartments.

Situated on the western side of Dalgety Road, the properties are conveniently located within short walking distance to the Barangaroo Reserve, Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, Circular Quay and the CBD.

The apartments will be sold individually as five blocks of four apartments and one block of two apartments.

The properties will be marketed by McGrath Estate Agents, via Expressions of Interest closing at 11am on 6 November 2017.

So far, proceeds from the Millers Point sales program have delivered over $448 million to fund new social housing dwellings.

As of July 2017, a total of 625 new social housing dwellings were completed and 452 dwellings are currently under construction as a result of the Millers Point sales.

The fit-for-purpose dwellings are located in a number of areas across the State including Liverpool, Parramatta, Sutherland, Wollongong and Fairfield.

Conservation Management Plans (CMPs) endorsed by the NSW Heritage Council are included in contracts for sale for all heritage listed properties.  These contracts ensure new property owners are fully informed of their responsibilities when purchasing a heritage listed property.
