The Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) is a service provider and regulator.
DFSI supports sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and communications technology, corporate and shared services, consumer protection, administration of State taxation and revenue collection, and NSW land and property administration.

The Department of Finance, Services and Innovation comprises of a number of divisions and business units, including: Service Innovation and Strategy, Property and Housing Group, NSW Public Works, Safety, Return to Work and Support, NSW Fair Trading, Government Services, Land & Property Information, Office of State Revenue, SICorp, and Corporate Services.

The work that we do carries with it an obligation to act in the public interest. It requires standards of professional behaviour and conduct from all DFSI employees that promote and maintain public confidence and trust in our Agency's work.
The DFSI Business Ethics Statement gives guidance to commercial partners and suppliers on expected behaviours. All individuals and organisations that deal with DFSI must adopt these standards of ethical behaviour as DFSI is committed to promoting integrity, ethical conduct and accountability in all areas of public administration.
