ServiceFirst provides the following business support services:
ServiceFirst provides a full range of HR support services, including payroll, personnel, recruitment, development and consultancy services.
ServiceFirst provides financial services including end-to-end transactional services, strategic planning, analysis, financial reporting and compliance services.
ServiceFirst provides infrastructure and application services to support clients’ business activities and corporate transaction-processing. Services include desk-top support coordinated via a one-stop Service Centre, and a world-class, secure data centre for hosting business applications.
ServiceFirst supports agencies in providing their staff healthy and safe workplaces. Office Services provide office accommodation, fit-out and infrastructure (including telephone systems) library and research services, mail and records management services and fleet management.
Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)
The ServiceFirst Enterprise Program Management Office provides services in project planning, governance and performance reporting; and stakeholder, communication, risk, release and resource management.
