About Office of State Revenue
The Office of State Revenue (OSR) administers State taxation and revenue programs for and on behalf of the people of NSW. OSR collects revenue and outstanding fines, helps develop policy and implement legislation.
The revenue OSR collects is used to fund schools, hospitals and other public services. OSR also administers grants and subsidies to provide valuable assistance to families and enterprises across NSW.

The State Debt Recovery Office (SDRO) is the fines division of OSR. SDRO is responsible for the receipt and processing of fines issued by various government agencies and authorities. SDRO also administers the fine enforcement system for the collection of unpaid fines.
